Join a UCSF study that will help us to better understand how daily mindfulness and compassion practices may change your well-being in everyday life.
You can take part if you are a healthy woman ages 30-60 who has experienced early life stress.

Learn mindfulness and compassion skills that you will practice in everyday life over 30 days. Contributing to science, helps us move toward a more stress-free future for yourself and others like you!
You will also receive up to:
$200 for doing all parts of the study
What will I do?
You will meet with the study team two times (either in-person at UCSF or remotely via Zoom) – once at the start and again at the end.
Each time you will be asked to:
Complete self-report and interview-guided questions.
Discuss and provide feedback on the mindfulness-based practices and study app.
In between meetings with the study team, you will be asked to:
Track your stress and mood several times a day over 30 days (daily check-ins)
Practice mindfulness and compassion practices in your daily life over 30 days.
